Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PLUSH & PLAY website, purchasing tokens or credits, or participating in any gameplay at our location, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Our Services

PLUSH & PLAY provides a modern claw machine experience where guests can play games for a chance to win prizes. All games involve an element of chance and/or skill, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Machine settings, including grip strength and win ratios, may vary and are subject to change at any time.

Purchases & Payments

All purchases, including tokens, credits, and gameplay, are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Square. By completing a purchase, you authorize the full transaction amount.

No Guarantee of Winning

Winning a prize is not guaranteed. A prize is only considered won when it is successfully retrieved from the machine and dispensed to the player. PLUSH & PLAY is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts or player error.

Machine Issues

If a machine is not functioning properly, you must notify staff immediately during your visit. Any compensation, including replay credits or refunds, is provided at management’s discretion. Issues reported after leaving the premises may not be eligible for resolution.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to use all equipment properly and behave respectfully. Any attempt to damage, tamper with, or misuse machines is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from the premises without refund.

Assumption of Risk

By participating, you accept all risks associated with gameplay and being on the premises. PLUSH & PLAY is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses except as required by law.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal property. PLUSH & PLAY is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Surveillance

Our premises may be monitored by video recording for safety and security purposes.

Photo & Video Use

By entering PLUSH & PLAY, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Images and videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

Children

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. The supervising adult is responsible for their safety and behavior.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
